To ensure that everyone feels comfortable and safe, please follow these rules during your stay:<\/p>

  • \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>The main guest must be at least 25 years old.<\/span><\/li>
  • \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Apartments are available on the day of arrival 14:<\/span>00<\/span> and must be booked no later than 10.00 on the day of departure:<\/span>00<\/span> must be left by. The above times may be changed by prior arrangement (early arrival, late departure, depending on available capacity).<\/span><\/li>
  • \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Only the number of persons stated in the reservation may use the accommodation.<\/span><\/li>
  • \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Keys and pagers should be kept in a safe place, lost or damaged keys will incur a replacement fee.<\/span><\/li>
  • \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Smoking is not allowed in the apartment! Smoking is only allowed on the terrace\/terrace of the apartment.<\/span><\/li>
  • \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Please use the furnishings and equipment of the apartment as intended. Any damage caused by improper use of the apartment or by violation of the rules of the house is the responsibility of the guest.<\/span><\/li>
  • \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>If something other than the guest's fault breaks down or is damaged, please report it.<\/span><\/li>
  • \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>When leaving, please leave kitchen utensils clean and put the daily garbage in the street bin.<\/span><\/li>
  • \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>No eating or drinking in bedrooms, only in the kitchen and dining room.<\/span><\/li>
  • \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>During your stay, please note that neighbouring residents may include families with young children, elderly people and permanent residents.<\/span><\/li>
  • \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>No noise or partying is allowed in the building or in the courtyard.<\/span><\/li>
  • \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Please respect the \"quiet hours\" 23:<\/span>00<\/span>from 8:<\/span>00<\/span>until.<\/span><\/li>
  • \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>Do not bring bottles into the pool area!<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
